The health and well-being of our Autosmart Team, their families and the community are our priority at this time and we continue to operate strict social distancing measures throughout our business and franchisee network.

  • With the significant increase in the demand of chemical cleaning products we have taken extra measures to ensure that we continue to supply cleaning products safely. We have increased our floor space to ensure our teams maintain social distancing whilst packing and dispatching orders.

  • Parcel Force are continuing to collect orders from us but for your safety they will no longer ask for a signature on delivery but will record your name from a distance and take a photograph of your delivery at your door.

  • Due to increase in demand with our carrier, unfortunately delays may happen that are outside of our control.

Delivery Information

We take great care in ensuring that our products are packaged to a very high standard and that your delivery arrives safely, securely and in the best condition possible.

How much does the delivery cost?

All of our products are delivered free of postage and packaging charges.

Do you ship outside of the UK?

At the present time we only ship our products to mainland UK, excluding the Scottish Highlands, Shetland Isles, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Isle of Scilly. If you are unfortunate enough to be outside of our shipping zones, contact your local Autosmart franchisee here

When will my order be dispatched?

On receipt of cleared funds your order will be processed and will be dispatched from Autosmart International as quickly as possible and within 48 hours. Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday and over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times may vary according to peak periods and will also depend on when the payment was cleared. You can check its progress in your My Account section.

How can I track my package?

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirmation providing you with notification that your order is out for delivery and a tracking reference.

We ship all of our orders with Parcel Force and all orders can be tracked on the Parcel Force website or by contacting the Autosmart Support Centre.

When will my order be delivered?

Parcel Force will deliver your package within 2 working days from dispatch. All deliveries need to be signed for. Where Parcel Force are unable to obtain a signature, a customer card will be left and the item will be held for a period of 5 working days at a local depot. All failed deliveries will be returned back to us after a period of 5 working days

What if there is an issue with my delivery?

We strive for a perfect delivery every time. In the unfortunate event of an issue related to your delivery, please contact the Autosmart Support Centre immediately who will assist you in getting the issue resolved.

Do not dispose of any of the outer packaging until you are satisfied with your product delivery as this can be re-used for a product return back to Autosmart International.

Returns Policy

We want you to enjoy and get the most out of our Autosmart International products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and want to return a product to us under 21 days, please follow our guidance below and contact the Autosmart Support Centre.

Can I return unwanted Items?
Yes you can return any unopened item, within 14 working days of receiving it for a full refund. In this instance we will not refund any postage costs associated with the return of the unwanted item to us. Please contact the Autosmart Support Centre to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number.

What do I do if I receive a faulty or damaged product?
We strive for a perfect delivery every time. In the unfortunate event of an issue related to your delivery, please contact the Autosmart Support Centre immediately who will assist you in getting the issue resolved.

Who do I contact if the product doesn’t perform as I expected?

Our products are one of the best on the market but under any circumstances where you need advice please contact the Autosmart Support Centre immediately who will be happy to help you.

When will I receive my refund?

Any refunds will be applied to the debit or credit card which you used when paying for your order. It normally takes 48 hours from the receipt of your return.

Consumer Responsibility When Returning Goods to Autosmart International
With chemical products, every care should be taken to protect yourself and the welfare of the persons and/or company handling and transporting the products back to Autosmart International.

  • Contact the Autosmart Support Centre to obtain "Return Authorisation Number"

  • Complete the Return Form on the back of delivery note

  • Re-use the original packaging supplied by Autosmart International to return your product back to us in or ensure the use of appropriate packaging

  • Follow our guidelines on "good packaging" diagrams on our returns form

  • Seal and apply the address label with the return authorisation number on the outside of the package

  • Return the item to Autosmart International via Parcel Force signed for

Autosmart International only takes responsibility for items that are returned to us by a tracked service and are signed for by our goods in team.

Complaints policy

Here at Autosmart International, our aim is for you to be satisfied with both our products and our service. In the eventuality that you are not 100% satisfied, please contact the Autosmart Support Centre.

Which payment cards do you accept?

We accept payment from Amazon Pay, Paypal and most major credit and debit cards including Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Mastercard, and Maestro.

My card is registered outside of the UK, will you accept this?

For security and fraud detection, we are unable to process payments from credit/debit cards registered at a non-UK address.

Do you store any card information?
